For over 16 years, Brian J. Daly, Owner/Founder, Premier Vocational Experts LLC, has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation services and involved in forensic evaluations and Life Care Plans. Brian has also been involved in Social Security Disability hearings. 

As someone especially familiar with the needs of individuals with disabilities, Mr. Daly administers vocational evaluation testing, job placement, provided case management, and authors life care plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, strokes, Multiple Sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries and various other conditions and disabilities.

Teresa M. Hearn has experience working with individuals having physical, cognitive, and psychological disabilities. This foundation provides her with the knowledge base to administer vocational evaluations and testing, develop Life Care Plans, and provide individual vocational counseling and case management services.

Teresa M. Hearn, has been providing comprehensive vocational employability and earning capacity assessments and services for individuals with varying levels of disability. She has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification since November 2006, a Certified Life Care Planner by the International Commission on Healthcare Certification since November 2022, a Certified Vocational Evaluator by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification since December 2022, and an Associate of the American Board of Vocational Experts since 2021.
